The design award is open to the following organizations and individuals:
Advertising agencies, architects, builders, brand/business owners, automotive designers, creative boutiques, design firms, engineers, fashion designers, freelancers, furniture designers, graphic designers, in-house marketing, interactive agencies, interior designers, landscape designers, product designers, students, and anyone aged 18 or above residing anywhere in the world.
There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit. An additional fee will be charged for each entry.
The number of work images should be limited to no more than 10, and the image size should be less than 2MB. For the text description, it is recommended that you keep the summary around 350 words. We suggest that you use this part of the entry to elaborate on the work as well as the creativity and originality of your ideas. The brief should enhance your entry and help the judging panel to better understand your project. Non-English entries must be accompanied by a written translation or adaptation.
Yes, you can enter the same work into as many categories as you deem appropriate. An additional fee will be charged for each category.
The entry fee for each work is $269. If a work is entered into multiple categories, an additional entry fee is required for each category.
Note: Entry fees are non-refundable once submitted. Entries that are withdrawn (whether by the entrant or by the award due to the entrant's failure to comply with the entry rules) will also not be refunded.
We will announce the winners on the official page. All registered entrants can log in to view the winning entries. We will also notify all winners via email in a timely manner. Please ensure that your email address is correct, as our notifications may be blocked or returned as spam. You can change your email address by logging into your account and updating your information.
Yes, you can submit work that has been previously entered or awarded. However, to promote the creation of new works and maintain a flow of fresh ideas, we encourage you to submit new works.
Winners will receive a trophy and certificate from the organizing committee and will be featured in a press release in major industry media to congratulate them.
The submission is conducted online and can be completed in just 4 simple steps:
1. **Register** - If you have already registered successfully, please log in.
2. **Fill out the simple online submission form** (Note: You can select multiple categories for each entry.)
3. **Pay the entry fee**.
4. **Upload the payment receipt, and upload JPEG, PNG, PDF files or URL as needed**.
**Note**: Entries can be submitted in multiple categories, but additional fees are required.
After winning, you will need to purchase a trophy and pay for shipping. The trophy costs $369, and the shipping fee is $100.
The submission page contains payment information. Payment can be made through mobile banking or over-the-counter payment according to the payment details provided.
If there are copyright disputes related to the entrant's work, the platform and the organizer are not responsible. The organizer reserves the right to promote the work.
You do not need to send a physical sample of your product to the organizer. Images and product descriptions are sufficient.
Jury
The jury consists of professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields and industries, including creative designers and art directors from international organizations, architects, fashion designers, interior designers, product designers, educators, marketers, or business owners. The jury reflects diversity in professional experience, geography, gender, and ethnicity. All jurors are selected based on their experience in their respective industries, availability, and credibility.
Judging Criteria
Jurors will score entries on a scale of 1-100 based on the following criteria:

Quality / Functionality / Sustainability
Overall Impression
The decision of the organizing committee is final and binding on all matters related to the competition, with no discussion or communication allowed.
If an entry is incomplete at the close of the competition (e.g., the entry fee has not been paid, or the uploaded images are incorrect), it will not be eligible. Although we make every effort to ensure the completeness of entries, we are not responsible for incomplete submissions. Therefore, if an entry is incomplete at the close of the competition, we will not be able to offer a refund.
All entrant information will be removed from the entries during the judging process to prevent bias/conflict of interest. The judging process is designed to be as fair, impartial, and free from external influence as possible. The names of jurors and entrants will not be disclosed throughout the judging process. This anonymity protects all parties from any vested interests that might attempt to influence the judges' opinions or the judging process.
No. All details must be checked before submission. If an entry is returned for amendment after our review, you will need to make the necessary changes.
Entries are judged randomly and are not compared with other entries in the category. Work is assessed based on the criteria determined for the category. Freelancers are not compared with design firms in the same category.
If you select this option, your entry will not be publicly displayed after the winners are announced. You will only be able to see a thumbnail of your entry when browsing the winners' page. We will also not promote any private winning entries on our social media platforms.
